Debbi’s deeply rooted in family, community, and helping folks achieve their homeownership dreams. Partnered with her mom, Jan Henry, they’ve made Real Estate of the South Sound the go-to brokers in the South Sound.

Outside of real estate, Debbi’s big on giving back. You’ll spot her lending a hand to local charities and running charity auctions, making a difference where it matters most.

Jan Henry – Designated Broker

I’ve lived in Lacey, WA for over 50 years after my husband finished a tour with the US Navy. We visited Western Washington and were instantly captivated by it’s beauty and charm. Shortly after that, I got into real estate and the rest is history. I suppose doing something for 50 years usually means that you are doing something that you love, and I do love my career as a Real Estate Broker. I’ve weathered the ups and downs of this industry, gaining invaluable knowledge that has turned me into a top-producing agent ready to help you achieve your real estate goals.

Beyond real estate, I’ve been deeply involved in various organizations, charities, and business groups over the years. Supporting causes that make a real impact on our community is something I take pride in, and I plan to continue doing so for years to come.

Whether it’s helping you downsize or finding your new home, I look forward to meeting you. Let’s work together to make your dreams a reality.

Lisa Seavey – Real Estate Broker

Lisa Seavey is a true Washingtonian, deeply acquainted with the numerous perks of life in the Pacific Northwest—the stunning landscapes, rich culture, and vibrant diversity. Armed with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Western Washington University and a Master’s in Marketing from City University, Lisa’s journey into real estate was sparked by her experiences as a military wife.

Following her marriage to Dave, a Naval Submarine Officer, their lives zigzagged across the country. These relocations ignited Lisa’s passion for real estate, leading her to initiate her career in a major commercial firm in Honolulu. As the Navy transferred them to Connecticut, Lisa pivoted to residential real estate, honing her skills in assisting families during pivotal relocation phases.

While in Washington, Lisa ventured into media and advertising sales, eventually establishing her own American Family Insurance Agency. However, the lure of real estate never faded. Returning to the industry in 2016, Lisa rejoined with fervor, eager to guide individuals toward homeownership and facilitate seamless selling experiences.

Lisa’s unique background as a military spouse equips her with a profound understanding of the needs and challenges faced by military families during relocations—a perspective invaluable in her commitment to assisting families in finding their perfect home or navigating a smooth selling process. She’s thrilled to be back in real estate, helping individuals realize their homeownership dreams while leveraging her expertise to streamline the selling journey.

With her wagging tail and a wardrobe that’s the envy of every canine, Maggie brings a dash of playfulness wherever she goes. Maggie may be small, but her personality is as big as any home we sell.
